Will leads the practice's work related to the sustainable use of construction materials - design, efficiency, innovation, and decarbonisation. 

He plays a leading role in shaping industry standards and guidance - a leading contributor to the UK Net Zero Carbon Buildings Standard - and the founder of the Part Z embodied carbon regulation campaign. His experience spans delivering landmark projects with world-renowned architects, developing influential frameworks for sustainable design, and authoring guidance that is helping the construction industry transition to net zero. 

He is a Fellow of the Institution of Structural Engineers, an Honorary Fellow of the Chartered Association of Building Engineers, both a Chartered engineer and Chartered environmentalist, and has won multiple awards for his leadership on sustainability in engineering. Through his work, Will continues to inspire practical action and systemic transformation across the construction sector - always looking for ways to use individual projects to influence the wider industry for the better.
