We worked with sister company Expedition Engineering Ltd, and carried out a Feasibility Appraisal for the Ealing Council (London Borough of Ealing) Headquarters, Perceval House.

The study was intended to test the technical feasibility of a retrofit which allows the building to be more efficiently used, in line with LBE's 'Presence with a Purpose' initiative. We produced a candidate model for how the building could operate with new uses, and more sustainably, confirming preliminary technical feasibility.
