In the spirit of Maggie Blake and her cause, our proposal for Reimagining Butler's Wharf provides access for all while being a catalyst for local upskilling and employment. Co-designed and self-built by Southwark with a legacy far beyond the wharf itself. Useful Studio, with sister company Thomas Matthews and London Reclaimed are proud to be shortlisted for this competition run by The London Festival of Architecture.
