Supporting Buckinghamshire New University (BNU) with their transition to a hybrid workplace, Useful Studio was commissioned to consider the needs of the leadership team into the concept design of a healthy and inclusive workspace.
By opening the floor plate and removing the long regular pattern of closed cellular offices, there is the opportunity for increased interaction and visibility between colleagues while also enabling natural cross ventilation and long views of the surrounding hills of High Wycombe.
Natural materials, planting, and a variety of furniture and seating arrangements are key to the success of the space.
