Tessa is an ARB registered Architect with experience in the education sector and the design and delivery of low-energy buildings and residential retrofit.
Throughout her career, Tessa has been drawn to community-centred projects and is motivated by how design supports physical and mental health while embedding social and environmental impact beyond the project brief. She established this focus during her university studies by developing engagement and co-design processes to support student wellbeing in the design of university spaces.
As a participant in the 2026 Cohort 6 Regenerative Design Lab, Tessa is developing her practice to drive the Studio’s regenerative and circular design mission, and ensure design responses that are resilient to changing environmental and social needs.
