Yvette has over 20 years’ experience as a people leader and previously worked across corporate, consultancy, and not-for-profit sectors including the British Red Cross, Deloitte, RBS, and Accenture.
Yvette’s career has focused on helping organisations navigate change, build strong cultures, and translate strategy into practical, people-focused solutions. Her work is centered around organisational transformation, workforce planning, and talent development, often in complex and evolving environments. She has led programmes ranging from large-scale restructures and divestments to embedding new approaches to performance, learning, and succession. Throughout her career, she has – partnering closely with executive teams to build organisations that are inclusive and able to adapt for the future.
Working closely with people across the Trust, Yvette has developed our ‘People Strategic Direction’, which will help shape a culture that reflects our values, purpose, and employee ownership model. She is passionate about creating inclusive, supportive environments where people can do their best work, with a strong focus on wellbeing, development, and sustainable ways of working.
Yvette is known for her collaborative and relationship-led approach. She brings a balance of strategic thinking and practical delivery, and is particularly interested in how organisations can align purpose, performance, and positive impact through their people.
