Carrie is a sustainability and building performance expert with over 10 years’ experience in architecture, environmental design and academic research. She has a multidisciplinary background, and studied at the Bartlett School of Architecture (ARB/RIBA Part 2), before completing a PhD at the UCL Energy Institute in 2016.
She is passionate about creating communities which are sustainable in practice as well as in design. To this end, Carrie has worked on several building performance evaluation projects which explored the reality of how buildings are inhabited and operated post completion.
Carrie is a visiting design tutor at the UCL Institute for Environmental Design and Engineering, where she also run the Post Occupancy Evaluation module on the MSc Environmental Design and Engineering course.
